Refund Policy

If certflows isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund the payment for that order. This applies to new subscriptions and to renewals.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or email us at admin@certflows.ai and we'll arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Adding seats mid-term is charged pro rata for the remainder of your period. Reducing seats takes effect at your next renewal rather than as a refund of the current term.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — use the guarantee above if you're within 30 days of the charge.
